Although powder coating is very tough and durable, it may benefit from an anti corrosive, pre treatment on applications that may be extra vunrable to extreme conditions where corrosion may be more intense. Hot metal spraying has a proven track record in preventing such corrosion and can last for many decades.

 After the substrate has been thourghly blast cleaned, a hot metal spray (zinc, aluminium,copper,brass ect) is applied forming a perfect seal between substrate and powder coat therefore giving a tough, highly anti corrosive finish.
